A certain man made an appointment to see a psychologist. He arrived at the psychologist's office and said to him, "Doctor, I always feel depressed. No matter what I do I still feel depressed. I just don't know what to do."

The psychologist looked at him and said, "Come with me to the window."

The man followed and then the psychologist pointed outside and said, "Do you see that tent over there in the distance? Well, there is a circus in town and it is really good. There are lots of acts to watch, specially the clown acts. And there is one clown in particular who is extremely funny. He will make you rock with laughter over and over again. Go and see that clown and I guarantee that you will not have reason to be depressed again!"

The man turned to the psychologist with sad eyes and said, "Doctor, I am that clown!"

Think you would like to listen to this song,by Norah Jones,an Indian girl who won about 7 Grammy award's,the song Come Away With Me,is quite nice and relaxing, enjoy.
Found this article about destiny, think might be of interest to you as well:
"During a momentous battle, a Japanese general decided to attack even though his army was greatly outnumbered. He was confident they would win, but his men were filled with doubt.

On the way to the battle, they stopped at a religious shrine. After praying with the men, the general took out a coin and said, "I shall now toss this coin. If it is heads, we shall win. If it is tails we shall lose."

"Destiny will now reveal itself."

He threw the coin into the air and all watched intently as it landed. It was heads. The soldiers were so overjoyed and filled with confidence that they vigorously attacked the enemy and were victorious.

After the battle. a lieutenant remarked to the general, "No one can change destiny."

"Quite right," the general replied as he showed the lieutenant the coin, which had heads on both sides."
Roman Polanski's The Pianist has taken the best picture and best director award at the 54th Baftas. It was thought that Chicago or Gangs of New York would be the best film in Baftas but,The Pianist won the prize. Nicole Kidman, won the best actresss award and Zeta Jones the supporting actors prize. If you would like to read the whole article, do check the BBC.
There was once a lonely girl who longed desperately for love. One day while she was walking in the woods she found two starving song birds. She took them home and put them in a small glided cage. She nurtured them with love and the birds grew strong. Every morning they greeted her with a marvellous song. The girl felt great love for the birds. She wanted their singing to last forever.

One day the girl left the door to the cage open. The larger and stronger of the two birds flew from the cage. The girl watched anxiously as he circled high above her. She was so frightened that he would fly away and she would never see him again that as he flew close, she grasped at him wildly. She caught him in her fist. She clutched him tightly within her hand. Her heart gladened at her sucess in capturing him. Suddenly she felt the bird go limp. She opened her hand stared in horror at the dead bird. Her desperate clutching love had killed him.

She noticed the other bird teteering on the edge of the cage. She could feel his great need for freedom. His need to soar into the clear, blue sky. She lifted him from the cage and tossed him softly into the air. The bird circled once, twice, three times.

The girl watched delighted at the bird's enjoyment. Her heart was no longer concerned with her loss. She wanted the bird to be happy. Suddenly the bird flew closer and landed softly on her shoulder. It sang the sweetest melody, she had ever heard.

The fastest way to lose love is to hold on too tight, the best way to keep love is to give it -- WINGS!

All os us come to this world one day and someone leaves this world in the same date.Today,God gave us a beautiful thing, which brings happiness and energy to our house,My Zebel. She is a cat but if I tell you she understands even more than a human, you have to believe me.

This day was also my father's Birthday, unfortuantely we don't have him with us anymore physically but he is with us in every step we take and in our memory and our heart, where ever we are,we remember his kindness and sense of humour,God Bless him.

Live happily and enjoy every moment,be healthy and remember nothing is important than this.
Zebel Sweetie
America's ready for WAR.American defence minister, has announced that they are ready and will start their operation as soon as Bush gives them the order, but wait for a second. The UN inspectors haven't said anything yet,so why are you ready?Sometimes I wonder if the UN has to take their orders from United States President or vice versa?

Hopefully this president will soon finish his presidency period and all the world see some time in peace and harmony.

Hurray It's meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,There was something wrong with the blogger but now it is working again.I went for a presentation yesterday, there was a guy from a company that I do not tell which company and they were telling about the career opportunities, that was the reason I was angry yesterday. But today was different, another guy from another company, totally different, even if he was not telling the truth according to different nationalities, the way he spoke was quite nice and made me soooooooo hopeful.

Anyway, have to thank my dear friend that was going to post my stuff tonight,Gol-e-Yakh,but have to tell her that I usually decide what to write exactly the same time when I log in to blogger,so that's why I said no thanks.

All the best dudes, found a good site that you can leave audio posts as well,it won't cost alot,if you wanna try.

No matter where you are from, what your race or nationality is,Join our Graduate program. These are the nice words that all the big companies use,in order to show they are following equal opportunities, but in reality,it matters where you are from, what is your race or what is your skin color.SO why do you call yourself Companies who respect these things?

I am totally disappointed,if you got good marks, good personality,no gives a damn for it, as long as you are from Middle-East,just because you are not from a developed country, you will be treated like someone with a disease;someone who is going to infect you,or in the hand, why should they bother about you?when they can find someone with no nationality problems, the same qualifications, you are out of the race.

Day after day, love turns grey
Like the skin of a dying man.
Night after night, we pretend its all right
But I have grown older and
You have grown colder and
Nothing is very much fun any more.
And I can feel one of my turns coming on.
I feel cold as a razor blade,
Tight as a tourniquet,
Dry as a funeral drum.

This is one of the songs by Pink Floyd, called one of my turns.Think these things really occur in our materialistic world as well.
I think most of us can remember the chemist in MAHALEYE BORO BIA,a TV series which was on in our childhood, remember the cast of Atila Pesyani,Hamid Jebelli,Akbar Abdi and the Chemist, Reza Zhian. Unfortunately,we are missing all the great actors or generally artists nowadays, was reading the news today and came up with the article of death of Mr.Zhian.

It's sad to see these things happening, just wish that he will rest in peace.
There will always be hope,so never be hopeless and disappointed, always aim your end and follow your beliefs, you will reach what you wish if you work for it.You will grow if you believe you can grow, although they cut your body.

The winner of the best press photo this year, is Mr.Eric Gregorian, with his photo from last year's earthquake in Qazvin,Iran. This photo shows a young boy sitting beside his father's grave and holding a piece of his cloth, you can see the sadness in his face.He will receieve his award on 27th April in Amsterdam.

I am still lost in Pianist, but have a happy song for you,one those highlandish songs, good to enjoy. Just click on this link.
One of the best films,I have ever seen was The Pianist,by Roman Polanski.Such emotional and tremendously eye-catching.The pure feeling of an artist, who has missed his family, his Piano and the challenge to survive.
Do read this article in BBC website,it gives you a sense of hard work for the lead actor.

The 2nd part of Life Rules:

15. Say "bless you" when you hear someone sneeze.
16. When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
17. Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; Responsibility for all your actions.
18. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
19. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
20. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
21. Spend some time alone.
22. Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values.
23. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
24. Read more books and watch less TV.
25. Live a good, honorable life. Then when you get older and think back, you'll get to enjoy it a second time.
26. Trust in God but lock your car.
27. A loving atmosphere in your home is so important. Do all you can to create a tranquil harmonious home.
28. In disagreements with loved ones, deal with the current situation. Don't bring up the past.
29. Read between the lines.
30. Share your knowledge. It's a way to achieve immortality.
31. Be gentle with the earth.
32. Pray. There's immeasurable power in it.
33. Never interrupt when you are being flattered.
34. Mind your own business.
35. Don't trust a man/woman who doesn't close his/her eyes when you kiss.
36. Once a year, go someplace you've never been before.
37. If you make a lot of money, put it to use helping others while you are living. That is wealth's greatest satisfaction.
38. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a stroke of luck.
39. Learn the rules then break some.
40. Remember that the best relationship is one where your love for each other is greater than your need for each other.
41. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
42. Remember that your character is your destiny.
43. Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon.

Happy Valentine's Day, but you are not allowed to kiss the beloved one, lol.
Okay here we go,the first part of a Nepalese Tantra Totem, the rules of Life:(I think this would come up in 2 or at least 3 parts,so do follow)

1. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.
2. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.
3. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.
4. When you say, "I love you", mean it.
5. When you say, "I'm sorry", look the person in the eye.
6. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
7. Believe in love at first sight.
8. Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much.
9. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.
10. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling.
11. Don't judge people by their relatives.
12. Talk slowly but think quickly.
13. When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, "Why do you want to know?"
14. Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
Three old friends passed away together in an accident and went to heaven. When they arrived, St. Peter said, "We have only one rule here in Heaven...don't step on the ducks."

So they entered heaven and, sure enough, there were ducks all over the pace. It was almost impossible not to step on a duck, and although they tried their best to avoid them, one of the friends accidentally stepped on one. Along came St. Peter with the ugliest woman the man had ever seen. St. Peter chained them together and said, "Your punishment for stepping on a duck is to spend eternity chained to this ugly woman!"

The next day, the second friend accidentally stepped on a duck and along came St. Peter, who doesn't miss a thing, and with him is another extremely ugly woman. He chained them together with the same admonishment as for the first friend.

The third friend observed all this and not wanting to be chained for all eternity to an ugly woman, was very, VERY careful where he stepped. He managed to go months without stepping on any ducks but one day St. Peter came up to him with the most gorgeous woman he had ever laid eyes on...a very tall, tan, curvaceous, sexy blonde. St. Peter chained them together without saying a word.

The man asked, "I wonder what I did to deserve being chained to you for all eternity?" The women replied, "I don't know about you, but I stepped on a duck."

--a nice joke, hope you liked it.
Ok dudes,I have added this sort of comment section,so write what you think and what you like to see on this page.I appreciate the challenging comments.

Ok,have you mentioned that in less than 40 days there would be Oscar again?I was reading an article about Jack Nicholson, which shows that if he wins the Oscar again this year,it would be his 4th prize, that would be one in every decade, interesting,no?

The security of Heathrow Airport have been increased because of the threat of more terrorist attacks;when are we going to live in peace?Think this is the famous wish of all of us in new year's time, is PEACE but we haven't find it yet and we are just looking for ways to make wars?3 world war or more?

Tuesday, February 11, 2003

Welcome you crazy diamond, one of the greatest songs by Pink Floyd, think this magical sound takes you far away to an unknown land and time.If you think they are just an underground band with metallish ideas, have to tell you that you are totally wrong.

I think, and I can see that the people of my nation are so nice, helpful and eager to see others progressing in whatever they are doing.I'll give you an example,I don't say my blog is WOW something great, but I enjoy making it,developing it,but have you ever thought how do I learn things?not by reading books, but by just reading the instructions that other people have said. They have spent their time to gain these knowledge now they share it,either on their blog or in a central blog, which is really nice and appreciated.

Have a good day ahead and live as you have been born right now....

A nice happeneing, one of the paintings by Vincent Van Gogh, was in an auction in Japan, it was an unsigned peasant portrait, that the auctioneers have thought of $83 to $167 for it, but a last minute fax from Van Gogh's Gallery has identified it is one of the early works of this artist. Now, the portrait worth $500,000.

If you are interested in his works, check his gallery.
Okay, was looking for some real audio files but without success, try this one,Michael Bolton, if you know any good real audio player sites, full of songs, let me know in order to enhance the blog.

As you can see I have added some links to the side panel, try them. The MP3 one is quite nice,if you have a speedy connection.
Gary Kasparov the top chess master came to a draw in the final match with Deep Junior, the computerised machine that can calculate and predict about 3 million moves per second. It was the first match with a machine after 1997 match with Deep Blue;Kasparov was not victorious in that match. But this time he won the first match,2nd one was a draw,3rd one was for Deep junior and the last 3 games were ended to a draw.

It's amazing, just imagine how he should be quick and intelligent to forecast the moves faster than the machine.

It's nice to see that developing cities, keep some samples of the past days,in order to save their identity.Glasgow, has made it this way.

Monday, February 03, 2003

Being a dreamer and living in your fantasy land is quite nice, everything would be as you like, happy and shiny,as Ozzy Osbourne, says in his song, "Dreamer".If our life was full of happiness,we consider ourselves as one,no matter which race or nation we are from, there would be more to enjoy rather than wars, which kills and destroys just innocent people's lives, no politician or stupid terrorist would be killed, just innocent people. How many more have to be sacrificed for human rights?

Just imagine there is no one to capture the whole world, no one to make more wars, how would the earth would look like!!!!

A funny point, one of my friends has found the abbreviation for NASA, which is, Need Another Seven Astronauts.
what a lovely day, nice and white, wish we could cover all the sad and bad things under the snow.

Look at the Barony Hall covered with snow.

Sunday, February 02, 2003

We are becoming white again, yeah it is snowing, such a lovely night.

It is very nice to look out of your window, see the old Cathedral and the oldest house in the town, and listening to Demin Roussos, "Lost in a Dream".
all the best.
This nice poem is dedicated to all whom I care for and for the special someone, the poem is by "Steven Hawkins".

When tears of sadness streak your face,
You are not alone.
When you feel lost and out of place,
You are not alone.
When it seems you can't carry on.
And everything you do is wrong,
You are not alone.
When you open your presents on the holidays,
You are not alone.
When nothing can seem to spoil your day,
You are not alone.
When it seems like you made it through,
But there's no one to share this feeling with you,
You are not alone.
You'll never be alone when I'm around.
I'll cheer you up when you are down,
And whether you're happy or feeling blue,
I will always be there for you.
So when you feel alone and in the dark.
Just keep me in your heart,
And you'll never be alone.
